		<description>Hello Ponda:
This is a great question!

The sterotype image of military leaders is one of screaming, commanding, and abusing. Maybe in bootcamp this is true and for good reason. But truly great leaders in the military are not much different that those in the private sector. They know that in order to get results, they must inspire and motivate people to take action and role model the appropriate behaviors.

Consider the following quotes from 3 great US military leaders:
Colin Powell
There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.

Dwight Eisenhower
Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

Douglas McArthur
A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

Thank you for your question.
