Again, fine work on the topic of EI!  It has been my experience that those most lacking in EI skills are least likely to accept the training that is intended to improve it.  

Do you have suggestions for coaching those who may not realize that they are the intended audience to embrace this type of training?  I encounter this type of issue from a conflict resolution product working toward soft skills, and quite often find that the source of the conflict is someone who has poor EI tools.  Often, that is the same person who is wanting me to help install a good conflict resolution strategy.
