Rex and friends,
The more I read about Leadership, the more I wish I knew about it. The legacy of the custodian illustrated by Max De Pree is one that we always should try to cultivate. Empowerment is the key for a leader to have a constant "residual" effect that will be acknowledged by their teams throughout their lives. I have been privileged to find high quality mentors and leaders and am very thankful for it. One of the high "Value Points" that we find as common denominator is Role Modeling. May I invite you to read about one of my many mentors? His name is Paolo Nogueira and I have not been successful at finding him lately. Please read: http://www.tpmonline.com/Articles%20on%20Leadership/PaoloNogueiraBehaviorModeling.htm
