		<description>I so enjoyed the article and it served as a good jogging of memory of just how quickly complacency can lead disaster and recovery once again. It is so easy, as you mentioned, to let things slide once we have acheived a level (or goal. We must not only be dilegent but to look for the next level on the mountain to obtain, to continue to improve and to change.

		<description>This is part of human nature in management as we tend to manage by exception. The problems get our attention while the things that are going smoothly get ignored. We know that we should stay focused on the smooth ones so we can continue reaping the rewards there and also learn lessons that can be applied elsewhere but simple and effective is not interesting so we focus on something else. Staying focused is the key and finding new ways to apply the lessons is the personal reward.</description>
