		<description>Great article.  You are right on about how to manage and handle change.  There is only one area where I would like to make a comment. It is about communicating changes.  Not only do change communications have to come from the leaders, but it is not a one time activity. People who are involved in the change (employees, customers, etc) need to be brought along a communications continuum from the time the change is first announced until it is implemented.  The first change communication should be a high level notification that a change is going to take place and the business need for the change.  All other change communications should supply more and more info to the interested parties as communications are delivered.  By the time the change is complete, the people impacted should know exactly what is in it for them and hopefully, be more accepting of the change.
