		<description>Beautiful ! once again, a prime example on how Cargill lead the way. I am proud to say that this is where I learned the vision and mindset behind what I do today with my new employer. 

Too often we found ourselves without a clear and concise vision. People works in silos and it is extremely difficult to change that culture as in many cases it has been embedded in our daily lives for years...

Great article Tim, timing is awesome as I am about to meet with one of our Director on the same exact topic and how we could do something about it. Thanks for the momentum drive !</description>
