Bio: Geoff Generalovic has been a maintenance electrician for 35 years at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. He started in the electrical department as an apprentice, moved through various shift positions, then moved into the powerhouse as an operator. He became a planner/scheduler and then moved to the first process maintenance team in the Hot Mill. He later worked with the Hot Mill predictive maintenance group. For 13 years, he has been building an extensive preventive maintenance program. He has now moved to the Central Predictive Technical Services Group, expanding the use of his motor testing and infrared capabilities.
